'Grandpa's Boots' - 15/15 2006

We did it! Shooting and editing an entire 9 minute film with child actors, animals and a 15 person crew, in a location 2 hours drive from Melbourne... all within 15 hours! The results will screen on May 26 and 27 at the Capitol Theatre, Melbourne. See www.filmfestival15.com for regional screening dates.

When Pete came around last night for one of our regular creative brainstorming sessions, we didn't think we'd end with something as motivating as this. About a Grandpa and his grandson on a farm, we plan to produce this for the upcoming 15/15 Film Festival.

Long time collaborator Genevieve Bailey will return to Melbourne on December 11 after four months travelling Japan, Europe and the US. It'll be great to have her back!
Guide to Black Opal nearing completion
